J.A.R.V.I.S. (Just A Really Very Intelligent System) is a personal A.I. butler and assistant to Tony Stark aka Iron Man.
When Living Laser controlling the Iron Man armor with Tony inside attempted to steal designs of Stark Industries, J.A.R.V.I.S. denied him access to those designs which angers Laser and assists Spider-Man in the Iron Spider armor in finding a way to wake up Tony from his unconsciousness.
