- In most 2099 related media, Alchemax is known as a corrupt cooperation and an antagonist organization in Spider-Man 2099.
- This is Alchemax first animated appearance.
- In Earth-616 Alchemax started out as Allan Chemical which was owned by Liz Allan which eventually became Alchemax when it merged with Normie Osborn's stocks from Oscorp and the last remaining properties of Horizon Labs after it's destruction and that Norman Osborn, under the guise of "Mason Banks," created the corporation in order to leave a strong empire for his grandson and establish an empire for the Osborn legacy.
